Krypton gas filled lamps produce a brighter, crisper white light by eliminating much of the yellow spectrum that causes lighted objects to appear faded and dull. This lamp produces 720 lumens using 60 watts and is also often used in sconces, wall mounts, and outdoor lighting fixtures.
